Important: Arivul is an independent affiliate of Monster Reservations Group (“MRG”). We market and promote hotel and resort vacation packages. All bookings are processed, confirmed, and fulfilled by MRG, and travel services are governed by their terms and conditions.

By using our Site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Affiliate Role

Arivul does not own or operate the accommodations. All traveler contracts are directly with MRG.

2. Package Offers

– Packages may require participation in a resort presentation as outlined in the offer.
– Details, eligibility requirements, and refund policies are disclosed at booking by MRG.
– Offers are subject to change and availability.

3. Eligibility

– Age, income, credit, and language requirements may apply.
– Government-issued photo ID and a valid credit card are required at check-in.
– Some offers are limited to residents of specific countries.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

– You may cancel within 3 days of purchase for a full refund (KY: 14 days; FL: 30 days), less the retail value of gifts received.
– All cancellation and refund requests must be made directly to MRG.

5. Fees & Taxes

– Resort fees, taxes, parking, and incidental charges are traveler’s responsibility.
– Security deposits may be required by the hotel.

6. Modifications & Termination

We may change or discontinue offers, content, or terms without prior notice.

7. Liability Disclaimer

– Arivul is not liable for any loss, injury, delay, or service issue.
– Disputes regarding accommodations or services should be directed to MRG.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute with Arivul will be resolved by binding arbitration in Virginia, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in a class action.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with Monster Reservations Group’s Terms & Conditions, constitute the entire agreement between you and Arivul regarding any bookings or services made through our Site. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
